CineTrade is a free fantasy stock market game for entertainment purposes only. Users trade virtual "movie stocks" using $100,000 of virtual starting cash. No real money is involved, no real financial instruments are traded, and no monetary value can be earned or withdrawn. CineTrade is not a licensed financial service, broker, or investment adviser.

2. Account Rules

• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You may only create one account per person. Duplicate accounts may be removed.
• You must provide accurate information when registering. Impersonation of others is prohibited.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Attempt to exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform
• Use automated bots, scripts, or tools to trade or manipulate leaderboard rankings
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or server infrastructure
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose

4. Intellectual Property

The CineTrade name, logo, design, and source code are the intellectual property of their respective owners. Movie data and images are sourced from TMDB under their terms of use. You may not reproduce or redistribute CineTrade content without permission.

5. Disclaimers

CineTrade is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee continuous availability, accuracy of movie data, or that the service will be error-free. Virtual currency and portfolio values have no real-world monetary value and are provided solely for entertainment.

Nothing on CineTrade constitutes financial advice. The game's simulated price movements do not reflect actual market data or investment recommendations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CineTrade and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Since no real money is involved, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to zero dollars ($0).

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of CineTrade after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be noted by updating the date at the top of this page.
